shipping policy
If order is placed before 4pm CST between Mon-Fri, we will ship out same day! (Unless it is a holiday.) If order is placed after 4pm CST, order will go out on the next business day. If you are local and would like to pick up in store and place an order on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, your order will be ready the following Wednesday. In some instances may be ready for pick up sooner than Wednesday but not guaranteed.

The Lash Cowboy is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Also, any charges for returned orders due to customer error like an incorrect address, refused or not able to deliver orders will all be the responsibility of the customer.
